Please grow out your hair at least 2 weeks from your last shave. 

A safe rule of thumb is if you can pinch it we can wax it. 

Please exfoliate the day before your appointment, we recommend using a shower glove, shower net, or dry brush. If you are concerned about your pain tolerance you can take a Tylenol or something similar thirty minutes before your appointment. 

After your wax you should avoid anything that may cause irritation to the freshly waxed area. 

 In between waxes you should be moisturizing everyday and exfoliating every other day! 

-Facial areas every 2-4 weeks
-Underarms every 2-3 weeks
-Bikini/Brazilian every 4 weeks
-All other body areas every 4-6 weeks

Yes, you are still able to receive your scheduled wax services while on your period. We just require that you wear either a tampon or menstrual cup during the service.

Please ensure you schedule accordingly as the cancelation policy still applies. 

The Perfect Wax Studio operates by appointment only. This allows us to be able to allocate time directly to you to ensure we create the perfect experience. With that being said we do require that any changes or cancelations to any appointments be made at least 4 hours before the start of the appointment. Failure to make changes to any appointments before 4 hours of the appointment time will result in a 30% late cancelation/reschedule fee for each service scheduled. We have a 6 minute grace period for all appointments. At 6 minutes after the start of the appointment time your appointment may need to be rescheduled or amount of services received reduced. If the appointment is required to be rescheduled the 30% late cancelation fee does apply. If an appointment is no-showed a 30% non refundable deposit will be required for the next scheduled appointment.

Facial and Body waxing can be started whenever the child and parent feel comfortable. Parent/Guardian consent is required for any and all waxing for those that are 17 and younger and must be present for the first visit but does not need to be in the room while service/s are being performed.

We currently are not able to provide genital waxing for the male anatomy. Any services out side of the intimate area are able to be scheduled by everyone.
